Sweden-based Christy Ohiaeriaku has vowed to challenge the other four goalkeepers in the camp of the U-20 Women National Team, Falconets, for the number one shirt in the final squad for this year’s FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup finals in Papua New Guinea.
The IFKO Stersund of Sweden, said: “I am happy to be in camp. I know the situation here. Competition is good and healthy because it brings out the best in you. Everyone is fighting hard to get a chance to be at the World Cup.
“I have no fears. I have a lot of exposure and experience that I intend to bring to bear on my game as my contribution to the team. This is a call to serve and I will try as much as possible to give my best and leave the rest to God.”
