CCT Seizes Orubebe’s Asokoro Property

The code of conduct tribunal has ordered the forfeiture of a property belonging to former minister of Niger delta, Elder Godsday Orubebe.
Orubebe has been standing trial before the tribunal over non-declaration of asset.
The tribunal Chairman, Mr. Danladi Umar ordered the forfeiture of the property located in Asokoro District of Abuja.
He said Orubebe failed to declare the asset and therefore should be forfeited to the federal government having breached the code of conduct rules for public officers
